Ingredients
- Apples 1 medium, grated (no core/seeds)
- Oatmeal 150g rolled oats
- Eggs 1 egg
- Peanut Butter 1 tbsp (xylitol-free)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Core and grate apple (remove all seeds).
- Mix grated apple, oats, egg, and peanut butter into a stiff dough.
- Roll out to 5mm thickness and cut into small shapes.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Cool completely before using as treats.
