Apple and Oat Training Biscuits

Low-calorie training rewards with a hint of apple. Perfect for high-repetition training sessions.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Core and grate apple (remove all seeds).
  3. Mix grated apple, oats, egg, and peanut butter into a stiff dough.
  4. Roll out to 5mm thickness and cut into small shapes.
  5. Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden and crisp.
  6. Cool completely before using as treats.
