Ingredients
- Bananas 2 ripe
- Peanut Butter 2.5 tablespoons
- Greek Yogurt 1/3 cup
Method
- Slice bananas into rounds about 1cm thick.
- Arrange on parchment-lined tray and freeze for 1 hour until firm.
- Mix peanut butter with yogurt until smooth and creamy.
- Remove frozen banana slices from tray.
- Layer banana slices and peanut butter mixture in small freezer containers.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
- Serve directly from freezer.
