Method
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Steam broccoli until very tender and chop into tiny pieces.
- Combine ground beef with chopped broccoli in a bowl.
- Beat egg and fold into beef mixture gently.
- Add fresh rosemary and mix until just combined.
- Form into 20 mini meatballs and place on parchment-lined tray.
- Bake for 18 minutes until beef is cooked through.
- Cool completely before storing or serving.
