Ingredients
- Beef 300g lean beef mince
- Sweet Potato 200g, cubed
- Carrots 2 medium, diced
- Peas 80g frozen
- Oatmeal 30g rolled oats (to thicken)
Method
- Brown beef mince in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add sweet potato, carrots, and enough water to just cover.
- Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.
- Add peas and oats, stir and cook uncovered for 10 minutes to thicken.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
