Carrot and Peanut Butter Bites

Crunchy training treats with natural sweetness from carrot and protein from peanut butter.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan).
  2. Grate carrot finely.
  3. Mix grated carrot, peanut butter, oats, and egg into a dough.
  4. Roll into small balls and flatten slightly onto a lined baking tray.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and firm.
  6. Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
