Ingredients
- Carrots 2 medium
- Peanut Butter 4 tablespoons
- Oatmeal 2/3 cup
- Honey 1 tablespoon
Method
- Grate carrots finely into a bowl.
- Mix peanut butter with honey until well combined.
- Add grated carrot to peanut butter mixture and stir thoroughly.
- Add oatmeal and mix until mixture holds together when pressed.
- Form into 12 small balls or bite-sized pieces.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
