Ingredients
- Carrots 1 large carrot, grated
- Peanut Butter 2 tbsp (xylitol-free)
- Oatmeal 150g rolled oats
- Eggs 1 egg
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan).
- Grate carrot finely.
- Mix grated carrot, peanut butter, oats, and egg into a dough.
- Roll into small balls and flatten slightly onto a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and firm.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
