Carrot and Peanut Butter Bites

Crunchy carrots combined with nutritious peanut butter make irresistible training treats. High in fibre and protein.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Grate carrots finely into a bowl.
  2. Mix peanut butter with honey until well combined.
  3. Add grated carrot to peanut butter mixture and stir thoroughly.
  4. Add oatmeal and mix until mixture holds together when pressed.
  5. Form into 12 small balls or bite-sized pieces.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
