Ingredients
- Chicken 200g
- White Rice 150g cooked
- Carrots 1 medium carrot
- Peas handful
Method
- Cook chicken breast thoroughly in plain water until no pink remains.
- Cook white rice in water without any salt or seasoning until soft.
- Dice carrots finely and cook until very soft.
- Mix all ingredients together and allow to cool completely before serving.
- Divide into 3 portions. Refrigerate unused portions immediately.
