Ingredients
- Chicken 200g boneless
- Brown Rice 100g dry
- Carrots 1 medium carrot
- Peas 50g frozen
Method
- Boil chicken breast in plain water (no salt or seasoning) for 20 minutes until cooked through.
- Cook brown rice according to packet instructions in plain water.
- Steam or boil carrot until tender, then dice small.
- Mix rice, shredded chicken, carrot, and peas together.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
