Ingredients
- Duck 250g duck breast, diced
- Brown Rice 100g dry
- Courgette/Zucchini 1 small courgette, diced
- Peas 60g frozen
Method
- Cook brown rice in plain water as per packet instructions.
- Pan-cook duck with no oil or seasoning until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
- Steam courgette and peas until tender.
- Shred or dice duck and mix everything together.
- Cool before serving.
