Ingredients
- Eggs 2 eggs
- Cottage Cheese 1/2 cup
- Broccoli 1 cup
- Basil 1/2 teaspoon
Method
- Boil eggs in plain water until hard boiled, then peel and chop finely.
- Steam broccoli until very soft and chop into tiny pieces.
- Place cottage cheese in a bowl and gently mix in chopped eggs.
- Fold in broccoli and sprinkle with fresh basil.
- Divide into 4 servings.
- Use immediately or refrigerate.
