Herb Chicken Jerky

Long-lasting chew treat. Dehydrated at low temperature to preserve nutrients.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Slice chicken breast into thin strips (about 3mm).
  2. Mix with rosemary and parsley.
  3. Arrange on a wire rack over a baking tray.
  4. Bake at 100C (80C fan) for 2.5-3 hours until completely dried and chewy.
  5. Cool fully before storing.
