Ingredients
- Lamb 200g lean
- Brown Rice 1.5 cups cooked
- Courgette/Zucchini 1 small
- Beetroot 1 small
Method
- Dice lamb into small pieces and cook thoroughly in plain water.
- Cook brown rice in water without salt until tender.
- Dice courgette and beetroot into small pieces, cook until very soft.
- Drain all ingredients well and allow to cool completely.
- Mix all cooled ingredients together and divide into 3 portions.
