Ingredients
- Liver 150g beef liver
- Carrots 1 small
- Porridge/Oats 2 tablespoons
- Fish Oil 1 teaspoon
Method
- Dice liver into very small pieces and cook in plain water over medium heat.
- Add diced carrot and simmer until liver is no longer pink and carrot is soft.
- Stir in porridge oats and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Cool completely and drizzle with fish oil.
- Divide into 8 small portions in ice cube tray.
- Freeze until solid.
- Pop out cubes and store in freezer bag.
