Liver Sprinkle Topper

Nutrient-dense liver sprinkle adds iron, B vitamins and palatability to any meal. A little goes a long way.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Dice liver into very small pieces and cook in plain water over medium heat.
  2. Add diced carrot and simmer until liver is no longer pink and carrot is soft.
  3. Stir in porridge oats and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Cool completely and drizzle with fish oil.
  5. Divide into 8 small portions in ice cube tray.
  6. Freeze until solid.
  7. Pop out cubes and store in freezer bag.
