Method
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Dice liver into very small, uniform pieces.
- Beat egg in a bowl and fold in liver pieces gently.
- Mix in oatmeal until a sticky dough forms.
- Line baking tray with parchment paper.
- Drop 20 small spoonfuls onto tray, spacing apart.
- Bake for 18 minutes until edges are firm and liver is no longer pink.
- Cool completely on wire rack before storing.
