Method
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Blend liver in a food processor until smooth.
- Mix with egg and oats to form a thick batter.
- Spread evenly into a lined 20x20cm baking tin.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until firm.
- Cool, then cut into small squares.
- Use sparingly as treats, not more than a few per day.
