- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Mix turkey mince, pumpkin puree, oats, and egg.
- Roll into small balls (about 2cm diameter).
- Place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Cool completely before serving.
