Salmon and Sweet Potato Patties

Omega-3 rich salmon combined with nutrient-dense sweet potato makes a nourishing meal. Great for coat health and digestion.

Method

  1. Cook salmon thoroughly in plain water until flakes easily, removing all bones.
  2. Bake sweet potatoes until soft, then mash thoroughly.
  3. Beat egg in a bowl and mix with mashed sweet potato.
  4. Flake cooled salmon and combine with sweet potato mixture.
  5. Add oatmeal and mix until firm enough to shape.
  6. Form 4 patties and place on parchment paper.
  7. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes until edges are firm.
  8. Cool completely before serving.
