Ingredients
- Salmon 200g cooked, flaked
- Sweet Potato 1 medium, cooked and mashed
- Oatmeal 50g rolled oats
- Eggs 1 egg
- Rosemary small pinch dried rosemary
Method
- Preheat oven to 190C (170C fan).
- Bake or steam sweet potato until soft, then mash.
- Mix sweet potato, flaked salmon, oats, egg, and parsley.
- Form into small flat patties.
- Place on a lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely before serving.
