Ingredients
- Salmon 200g
- Sweet Potato 2 medium
- Eggs 1 egg
- Oatmeal 3 tablespoons
Method
- Cook salmon thoroughly in plain water until flakes easily, removing all bones.
- Bake sweet potatoes until soft, then mash thoroughly.
- Beat egg in a bowl and mix with mashed sweet potato.
- Flake cooled salmon and combine with sweet potato mixture.
- Add oatmeal and mix until firm enough to shape.
- Form 4 patties and place on parchment paper.
- Bake at 180C for 15 minutes until edges are firm.
- Cool completely before serving.
