Method
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Mash sardines with a fork.
- Finely chop kale (remove any thick stems).
- Mix sardines, kale, oats, and egg into a firm dough.
- Roll into balls and flatten slightly on a baking tray.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes until firm.
- Cool completely before serving.
