Ingredients
- Strawberries 1.5 cups
- Mango 1 ripe
- Greek Yogurt 2/5 cup
- Coconut 1/4 cup
Method
- Hull and chop fresh strawberries into small pieces.
- Peel, pit and dice fresh mango into small cubes.
- Combine strawberries and mango in food processor and blend until chunky.
- Fold in Greek yogurt gently until just combined.
- Stir in shredded coconut.
- Divide among 8 freezer-safe cups or popsicle molds.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours until solid.
- Serve directly from freezer.
