Frozen Treat summer

Strawberry and Mango Ice Cream

Fruit-forward frozen dessert made with natural ingredients. A special summer treat packed with vitamins.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Hull and chop fresh strawberries into small pieces.
  2. Peel, pit and dice fresh mango into small cubes.
  3. Combine strawberries and mango in food processor and blend until chunky.
  4. Fold in Greek yogurt gently until just combined.
  5. Stir in shredded coconut.
  6. Divide among 8 freezer-safe cups or popsicle molds.
  7. Freeze for at least 6 hours until solid.
  8. Serve directly from freezer.
