Ingredients
- Strawberries 200g hulled
- Greek Yogurt 150g plain
- Honey 1/2 tsp (optional)
Method
- Blend strawberries until smooth.
- Mix with Greek yogurt and honey if using.
- Spoon into mini muffin cases or ice cube trays.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Serve 1-2 bites as a special treat.
