Sweet Potato Training Biscuits

Nutrient-dense sweet potato biscuits sized perfectly for training sessions. High in beta-carotene and easy to portion.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Bake sweet potatoes until very soft, cool slightly and mash thoroughly.
  3. Beat egg and mix into sweet potato puree.
  4. Add oatmeal to a separate bowl.
  5. Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Form into 20 small balls and place on parchment-lined tray.
  7. Flatten slightly with fork.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes until firm.
  9. Cool completely before storing.
