Method

  1. Cook quinoa in water according to package directions using no salt.
  2. Steam green beans until very tender and chop finely.
  3. Drain canned tuna thoroughly.
  4. Mix cooked quinoa, green beans and tuna in a bowl.
  5. Sprinkle fresh dill over top and mix gently.
  6. Divide into 5 portions.
