Ingredients
- Tuna 1 can
- Quinoa 1/3 cup cooked
- Green Beans 3/4 cup
- Dill 1 teaspoon
Method
- Cook quinoa in water according to package directions using no salt.
- Steam green beans until very tender and chop finely.
- Drain canned tuna thoroughly.
- Mix cooked quinoa, green beans and tuna in a bowl.
- Sprinkle fresh dill over top and mix gently.
- Divide into 5 portions.
