Ingredients
- Tuna 1 can tuna in spring water
- Brown Rice 100g dry
- Peas 60g frozen
- Sweet Potato 100g, cooked and mashed
Method
- Cook brown rice in plain water as per packet instructions.
- Cook sweet potato until soft, then mash.
- Boil peas briefly, then drain.
- Drain tuna and flake.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Cool completely before serving.
