Method
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Drain canned tuna thoroughly and break into small pieces.
- Beat egg in a bowl and mix in tuna.
- Combine oatmeal and coriander in a separate bowl.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
- Roll into 16 small balls and place on parchment-lined tray.
- Bake for 14 minutes until golden and firm.
- Cool completely on wire rack.
