Ingredients
- Turkey 210g
- Pumpkin 6 tablespoons puree
- White Rice 1 cup cooked
- Spinach 2 handfuls
Method
- Cook ground turkey in plain water, breaking into small pieces, until fully cooked.
- Cook white rice in water without seasoning.
- Steam spinach until completely wilted and chop finely.
- Mix cooled turkey, rice, pumpkin puree and spinach together thoroughly.
- Divide into 3 portions and cool completely before serving.
