Ingredients
- Watermelon 300g seedless flesh
- Blueberries 30g (optional)
Method
- Remove all seeds and rind from watermelon.
- Blend watermelon flesh until smooth.
- Stir in blueberries if using.
- Pour into ice cube trays.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours.
- Serve 1-2 cubes on a hot day.
